Frequently asked questions
Why so cheap — from 300 UAH?
300 UAH is the price of the smallest video generation task: a short clip or voice-over. Websites start from 1000 UAH. The price of each project depends on the scope of work, and we state it before the start, after a short consultation.
How does payment work?
Payment is made in hryvnias. We agree on the terms and payment method before work starts and confirm them together with the price.
How long does development take?
A small task usually takes 1–2 days, a landing page — from 5 working days, a corporate website or online store — a few weeks. We give approximate timelines once we see the scope of the task.
Do you provide a warranty and support after launch?
Yes. For 30 days after launch we fix anything that does not work as agreed, free of charge. After that we support the site hourly or on a monthly subscription.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. All texts, images, prices, projects and reviews are edited in the admin panel without code. After launch we show you how, and leave a short guide.
Can we work with you remotely?
Yes. All work is done online: we communicate in the messenger of your choice, and we share documents and files electronically. Location doesn’t matter, and we discuss the details of cooperation individually.
What if I already have a website?
We will do an audit, point out what is worth fixing, and offer options: refining the current site, rebuilding it on a fast theme or moving it to our own CMS.
