This policy explains what personal data the website wp-project.com (hereinafter “the Site” or “we”) collects, why, how we protect it and what rights you have. By using the forms on the Site, you agree to this policy.
Who processes the data
The owner of the Site is WP Project. For questions about your data, write to info@wp-project.com.
What data we collect
- What you enter in the forms (short request, calculator, brief, website diagnostics form, “Bring AI design to life” form): name, preferred contact method and contact details (email, phone or messenger), comments or task description, your website address, and files you attach (e.g. a logo or a mockup).
- Parameters selected in the calculator and brief: type of service, features, timelines, budget.
- Technical request data: the page from which the form was sent, the entry page to the Site and the traffic source (UTM tags or referrer link).
- IP address. We do not store it in plain form: an irreversible code is generated from it, used only to protect forms from spam and to limit the number of requests.
What we use it for
- to reply to your request, calculate the cost and agree on the work;
- to send you a confirmation that your request was received to the email address provided;
- to understand which pages and sources bring clients and to improve the Site;
- to protect the forms from spam and abuse.
The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the box under the form, and the need to fulfil your request. We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions that would have legal effects for you.
Who may have access to the data
Access to requests is limited to the people who carry out your task. To run the Site we use service providers that technically process data on our behalf: the hosting provider (Hostinger), an email service for notification messages, and a messenger to which notifications about new requests may be sent (Telegram). We pass on only what the service needs. Otherwise, data may be shared if required by law.
How long we keep the data
We keep requests and correspondence as long as needed to carry out the task and provide further support, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact. After that the data is deleted or anonymised. You may ask for earlier deletion.
Your rights
You may at any time: find out what data of yours we store; correct it; ask for its deletion; withdraw consent to processing; restrict or object to processing. To do so, write to info@wp-project.com — we will reply within 30 days. If you believe we are violating your rights, you may contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, and visitors from the EU may contact the data protection authority in their country.

The Site does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Details are in the cookie policy.
Data protection
The Site works over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to the admin panel is restricted, and forms are protected against automated spam. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we limit the data we collect to what is necessary.
Children
The Site is not intended for persons under 16, and we knowingly do not collect their data.
Changes to the policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always here, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
